Privacy Policy - Real Estate Service

Scope of this policy. This document governs the processing of personal data collected through the real estate request form and the call booking of our purchase, rental and relocation advisory service in Valencia, Alicante and Murcia. It does not cover other Hispano Tempo services (immigration, schooling, tax management or OneStop 360°), which have their own Privacy Policy at hispanotempo.com.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data through this real estate request page.

2. Personal data we collect

A) Real estate request form — when you complete the form on this page, we collect:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Preferred language for contact
Type of interest (purchase, rental or relocation advisory)
Area of interest (Valencia, Alicante, Murcia or other)
Free-text message with details of your search (budget, type of property, timeline), if you choose to provide it
Consent to be contacted via WhatsApp (separate, optional checkbox)
Consent to receive commercial communications about properties and real estate opportunities (separate, optional checkbox)

B) Call booking — if you book a call with your agent through the embedded calendar (provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), we collect the date and time you select, together with the contact details provided at that time (name, email and phone), used solely to manage the appointment.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, criminal records) through this page. This service is exclusively real estate related and does not include immigration procedures.

Consent for WhatsApp and for commercial communications is separate and optional: leaving these boxes unchecked does not prevent us from handling your real estate request, since only the Privacy Policy checkbox is required to submit the form.

4. Recipients and data processors

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following processor to operate this page and manage your request:

This page does not currently include analytics or advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or others). If any are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before they are activated.

5. International data transfers

Our CRM provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) is established in the United States. The transfer of your data takes place through Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). You may request a copy of these safeguards by writing to [email protected].

6. Data retention periods

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Erasure

Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

Portability

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Objection

Object to processing, particularly for marketing or commercial communications purposes.

Restriction

Request that processing be suspended in certain circumstances.

To exercise these rights, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "GDPR rights request — Real Estate", attaching a copy of your ID document. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.

Complaint to the AEPD
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es — C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.

8. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to be contacted via WhatsApp or to receive commercial communications at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing or the handling of your real estate request. Simply send an email to [email protected] or let your agent know directly.

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legislative or business changes. The current version will always be available on this same page.
